Customizing issue tracker ticket titles

We have previously made it possible to add a prefix to the title of any ticket that TestLodge raises in an issue tracker.
Based on continued user feedback, we’re pleased to announce that it is now possible to make use of additional parameters within this prefix, allowing users to either include the test case number or data from custom fields.
This new setting can be customized easily for each TestLodge project.
To set up a prefix, please follow these short steps:
Make sure you have one of our issue tracker integrations already set up.
Edit a project and associate this integration with the TestLodge project.
Choose ‘issue tracker’ from the sub-menu on the same edit project screen.
From here, you will see a text field allowing you to add a prefix to any tickets raised and a list of available parameters.
